Terms & Conditions

    • The time booked will start from the time of arrival.
    • We have a no smoking policy in all of our vehicles.
    • We have an no food policy in all of our vehicles.
    • All deposits are non refundable.
    • All complaints should be addressed to our head office.
    • There is a cancellation fee of 100% for any vehicle cancelled on the day of the journey; there will also be a charge for a vehicle cancelled within seven days of the journey.
    • A cleaning charge for any unreasonable amount of litter or sickness in the vehicle, Which will be chargeable to credit card or cash to be paid to the chauffeur. (Charges for above will be from £45 up to £100 to the Managers discretion)
    • Any deliberate damage will be reported to the police, and we will press charges for any criminal damage.
    • Traffic related delays or vehicle break downs will not justify a discount on the price of hire as the booked job will be completed even if we have to send a replacement vehicle.
    • Any damage caused will be chargeable.
    • The card holder or the person paying the deposit shallbe liable for any damage caused or misconduct, any damage caused will be charged to the card holder at the Managers discretion.
    • Any addition or alterations to the pre-booked & agreed schedule i.e. additional pick ups, drop offs waiting times, traffic related delays over and above booked times will be chareable at the appropriate rates.
    • All drinks, Balloons, Ribbons provided are complimentary.
    • The card holder or person paying the deposit shall be liable for all aspects of the hire including any additions to the agreed journey which will be charged at the agreed hourly rate.
    • The card holder will be responsible for any misconduct which may justify termination of the hire without refund of any monies paid.
    • Any damage caused will be chargeable to the credit card details on file unless paid in cash to the driver subject to the company’s or duty manager’s discretion on the day.
    • Cancellation within 48 hours of agreed booking day will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total cost of hire and cancellation within 5 working days of the hire will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the outstanding balance.
    • We do make every effort to be on time, but on occasions due to unforeseen traffic or diversions, we cannot be held responsible for any cancelled venues.

    • Sickness inside the vehicle will incur a cleaning charge to be determined by the company or the duty manager and paid in cash to the driver or charged to the credit card on file subject to the duty manager’s agreement.
